Dot-Free Continuous Light — True COB Technology
The 320LED/m COB LED strip uses Chip-on-Board technology where 320 LED chips per meter are mounted directly onto a flexible PCB and covered with a continuous phosphor layer. Unlike traditional SMD strips where individual LED dots are visible, this COB strip produces a perfectly smooth, uniform light line with no hot spots or dark gaps.
This makes it the ideal choice for applications where the light source is visible — such as open shelving, glass-front cabinets, and shallow cove lighting where heavy diffuser covers are not practical.
Low Power, High Efficiency — 8W/m for Energy-Conscious Projects
At just 8W per meter, this is our most energy-efficient COB strip option. It delivers 960 lumens per meter at 120 lm/W efficiency — providing sufficient ambient and accent illumination while keeping energy costs low.
For a typical 10-meter installation, total power consumption is only 80 watts — roughly the same as a single traditional incandescent bulb, but delivering far more useful, evenly distributed light.
Best suited for:
- Accent lighting and decorative applications
- Cabinet interiors and wardrobe lighting
- Cove lighting where soft ambient glow is desired
- Long continuous runs where low heat generation matters
CRI >90 — Accurate Color Rendering
With a Color Rendering Index above 90, this strip renders colors faithfully and naturally. Wood grain, fabric textures, food items, and retail merchandise all appear true to life under this light — critical for retail displays, hospitality environments, and any application where visual quality matters.

Flexible PCB — Easy Contour Installation
The 2oz copper flexible PCB can follow gentle curves and contours without breaking solder joints. This flexibility makes it suitable for:
- Curved cabinet edges and furniture contours
- Circular cove lighting and curved ceiling details
- Rounded display cases and retail fixtures
- Any application requiring smooth bends (minimum bend radius: 30mm)
For tight 90° corners, use short wire jumpers between strip segments rather than bending the strip at sharp angles.
24V DC — Stable Brightness on Long Runs
The 24V operating voltage provides significantly less voltage drop compared to 12V strips on equal-length runs. For a 5-meter single-end feed installation, brightness uniformity remains above 95% from start to end.
For runs exceeding 5 meters, we recommend dual-end power feeding or power injection at intermediate points to maintain consistent brightness across the full length.
Easy Installation with Aluminum Profiles
This strip is designed to work seamlessly with standard 10mm aluminum extrusion profiles. The combination delivers three key benefits:
- Heat management — aluminum acts as a heat sink, reducing LED junction temperature and extending lifespan
- Light quality — milky diffuser covers enhance the already smooth COB output into a perfectly uniform light line
- Clean finish — professional appearance suitable for visible installations in commercial and hospitality environments
The 3M VHB adhesive backing provides strong bonding to the aluminum channel surface, ensuring full thermal contact.
